Frostrail

Frostrail is a cooperative survival FPS developed by FakeFish - the studio behind Barotrauma - and published by Shiro Unlimited. You and up to three friends crew a steam-powered train carving through a frozen, post-apocalyptic world.

The Revenants stalk the ice outside, so the loop is simple but tense: keep the engine running, scavenge, fortify the cars and push toward the next safe halt. A closed beta arrived on August 31, 2026, ahead of an Early Access launch in Q4 2026.

It is a game about momentum and dread - stop moving and the cold, or the things in it, will end the run.
